JMSP, Inc. has been providing commercial and residential real estate valuation and advisory services in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan (Northern Virginia, Suburban Maryland and the District of Columbia) area since 1992, nearly 20 years. The principals of the firm are Bob Johnson, MAI, and Cathy Sullins, MAI. All 12 of our appraisers are engaged in valuation and consulting services for a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate property types. Our clients include nearly all local banking institutions, as well as attorneys, developers, brokers, life insurance companies and investors.
